Der Bundesverband Musikindustrie hat ein Positionspapier mit 10 Thesen veröffentlicht, warum die Kulturflatrate ein “Irrweg” sei. In der Einführung heißt es zudem zur Kulturflatrate, dass “niemand genau weiß, was damit genau gemeint ist”.
